Pulled today’s first loaf out of the oven. Two more are in now.

It still needs to cool a bit before I’ll allow myself to cut it open.

Update: the second loaf had much better oven spring:

Update 2:  Third loaf is a sandwich loaf. I can never get these to rise very well

Next time I’m gonna try a wetter dough with the sandwich loaf.

Thank you! It’s a 3/4 whole wheat, dozen grains & seeds pure sourdough bread. I make it from my starter with a low-knead process that takes about 36 hours from the starter feeding. It sounds like a lot but the vast majority of that time is passive.

How much music do you listen to? I used a French artiste on Spotify to spawn a radio station and it has returned a bunch of really nice music en francais . I’d like to see if I can find something similar en espa ñ ol .

I think I listen to a lot of music but I don’t know much about música en español besides reggaetón. I can ask around for some suggestions and do a little hunting, though. You looking for more hip-hop or another genre or whatever genre?

Did that radio statio pick up any songs from francophone hip-hop  producer Dela? His album Atmosphere Airlines is pretty solid.
